Frequently Asked Questions

The park is open 24 hours, 7 days a week for members with a key fob.  The retail space and business office are open Tuesday-Thursdays 10-7 pm, Friday 10-6pm., Saturday 10-4pm. Staff will be available during these hours. 

We suggest starting the process by coming to take a walking tour of our facility. After you have taken a look around, you can schedule your dog for their mandatory temperament test. This test will allow us to guide you to the best possible play situation for your dog.  

We ask that your dog be on a leash entering and exiting the park.  Once inside, your dog can be taken off the leash after you enter the play area.  We ask that you keep your dog on the leash in the waiting, grooming, and retail areas. 

No problem, accidents can happen.  We ask that you try to have your dog go before entering the park but we have a cleaning/disinfecting protocol if they happen to go in the park.

We have a separate fenced off space for any dog 30 lbs. and under.  Small dogs are able to enjoy playing with dogs of similar size. However, if the small dog feels comfortable, they are welcome to play in the large play area.  NO large dogs are permitted in the small dog area.

Proof of Rabies, Parvo and Bordetella vaccinations are required prior to playing at our park.  

Any dog that is over 18 months old is required to be spayed or neutered.
